WORKING TOGETHER
Pyrolyze carbon-based non-metallics on various scrap metals to remove unwanted impurities
Remove plastics and rubber from insulated wire and cable with a wire chopping line
Cathode sourcing, storage, sizing and custom packaging to meet NFFS and other foundry needs
Process scrap material to finished goods meeting quality, chemistry, and packing specs
Oven Pyrolysis:
We employ various technologies and equipment to recycle scrap metals. We primarily focus on copper and aluminum, and through a baking process we pyrolyze non-metallics to carbon, leaving clean metallics for use as specification grade raw materials.
Copper and Nickel Cathode:
We work with sources and consumers of refined copper and nickel cathode. We provide sourcing, storage, sizing and custom packaging specific to consumer requirements in the foundry, chemical, brass mill and master alloy industries .
Wire and Cable Reclamation and Processing:
We utilize a wire chopping line to remove plastics and rubber from insulated wire and cable. We have the capability of converting jelly filled cable and other cables with gels or fills to clean raw material products from the aluminum and copper cable utility industry. We provide chopped wire to a variety of specialty metal consumers.
Consulting and Hedging:
Our years of experience in the industry working with sources of supply and consumers of metals have given us the opportunity to share our knowledge. Let us offer our out of the box approaches to processing, pricing and risk management to help your company achieve its objectives.
Other Capabilities:
Dereeltech offers inspection and XRF testing of unknown or mixed forms of metallics. We also have bricking , baling, bagging, tumbling, stripping, dereeling, certified destruction, and shearing capabilities as part of our menu of services. Our 10 acres of land and 110,000 sf of covered warehouse space accommodate dump truck, flatbed, roll off and van forms of logistics to and from our location. Our CAT 53050 Mobile shear allows us to process large oversized power components such as transformer cores and windings direct from the demolition site or utility field service providers.
