Mike Jaap

Mike Jaap is the founder and CEO of the company. Mike has been in the non-ferrous and precious metals recycling business for over 42 years. He has worked for scrap refiners, wholesale processors of scrap, and has been self employed since 1992 in the industry.

Darren Dierich

CFO

Darren Dierich is the company’s CFO. Darren joined the management team in 2018 as CFO. He holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Western Washington University - Bellingham, Washington Campus and is a member in good standing with the AICPA and state society of CPA's. Mr. Dierich has industry experience in environmental services, media and advertising, energy trading and the financial services arena.
